Reading is one of my favorite things to do when I have some downtime. I believe knowledge is power and the more adept we become at allowing technology to think for us- we need to keep up with challenging our mind and introducing ourselves to new ideas.
Below you'll find a bunch of books ranging from self-help and science to health and wellness.

MY BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS:
-You Can Heal Your Life By Louise Hay: This book was a blessing to me while I was healing myself of an autoimmune disease. It teaches how thoughts and emotions affect health and life experiences. It promotes healing through positive affirmations, self-love, and taking responsibility for one's well-being.
-Psycho-Cybernetics By Maxwell Maltz: This book explores how self-image influences success and happiness, offering practical techniques for improving one's mindset and achieving personal growth.
-The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy: This book explains how harnessing the subconscious can transform life through positive thinking and affirmations. He also shares tips and facts about the subconscious in a very clear manner. Easy read in my opinion.
-Awaken Your Inner Fire by HeatherAsh Amara: This book totally ignites personal empowerment and awakens passion through practical exercises and something of spiritual wisdom. This book helped me get clear on what direction to go in life when I was debating on pursuing a career as a professional ballet dancer or to move into more healing and empowering work.
-Energy Anatomy by Caroline Myss: This book explores the powerful connection between emotional and spiritual energies, offering insights into how they impact health and well-being. This was another book that helped me heal myself of an autoimmune disease.
-Your Body is Your Subconscious Mind by Candace Pert: This book explores the connection between emotions, thoughts, and physical health. It gets into talking about how our body functions as a storehouse of memories and beliefs. This touches about on the subconscious and has helped me immensely when I was on my physical healing journey.
-The Creation Frequency by Mike Murphy: This book also has an app which I haven't used in years, but when I used it, it was very helpful and made it easy to continue to reinforcement work. This book guides you to manifest your desires through aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions with the universal principles of abundance and attraction. It offers practical techniques and insights.
-The Red Book by Carl Jung: This wild book was actually something of a personal journal and exploration of his inner psyche, dreams, fantasies, and spiritual experiences. It delves into Jung's process of individuation, confronting his unconscious and integrating its contents into his conscious self, offering profound insights into the depths of the human psyche and the journey of self-discovery. I was intrigued by the many different topics that were explored. Quite taboo, but I am all for it!
-The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz: This book was beautiful and I believe having these contents in the back of my subconscious contributed to the manifestation of my beautiful, empowering and healthy marriage. It explores how to cultivate healthy relationships by understanding and applying the principles of self-love, respect, and compassion. It emphasizes the importance of letting go of fear and embracing unconditional love as the key to personal happiness and fulfilling connections with others.
-Emotional Intelligence 2.0 By Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves: This book gives you strategies and techniques for improving emotional intelligence. It emphasizes self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management as crucial skills for personal and professional success. The book includes practical exercises and tips to enhance emotional intelligence and achieve greater effectiveness in various aspects of life. I firmly believe we are all capable of exercising our EQ and when we do, life becomes more magical.
-The Five Levels of Attachment by Don Miguel Ruiz: This book explores different ways people attach to beliefs and identities. It categorizes attachment into five levels: Authentic Self, Preference, Identity, Internalization, and Fanaticism. The book encourages you to detach from rigid beliefs and cultivate a more authentic and flexible sense of self, leading to greater personal freedom and happiness.
-The Art of Bliss by Tess Whitehurst: This book offers practical spirituality and self-care techniques to cultivate joy and fulfillment through meditation, energy work, ritual, and mindful living. It encourages you to actually connect readers to connect with your inner self and manifest happiness in everyday life.
