Create the space for expansion

I want you to begin to focus on how you actually hold the space for yourself to grow and expand. You may begin to realize you dont hold the space at all... and if that's the case, you can check out some of these ways to create the space day by day and week by week. It takes effort and consistency- just like anything else. 1.Wake up and set an intention- upon rising you actually begin to shift through brainwave states. Utilize the small window of the theta (hypnotic) state to have a direct link with your subconscious and control your responses and focus throughout the day. 2. Be patient and self compassionate- although not an easy task, being hard on yourself isn't helpful in creating a space conducive to growth and healing. Sometimes we make mistakes, but that is a necessary part of existence. it helps us to gain experience and gain feedback so we can develop wholesomely. Work with yourself as you would a little child. 3. Expect challenges- Do not set yourself up for failure by believing challenges wont come up. They absolutely will, but how you work with them determines the opportunities you'll have to grow. We need challenges and tests so we can finally integrate the work we've done. 4. Embrace your values-Whatever is important to you, keep it alive within your heart and your actions. Keeping our values alive, we begin to feel more connected to this world. 5. Reset often- In order to reset, you may need to disconnect. Spend time doing things you enjoy or try something outside of your comfort zone to feel fearless. Whatever you do, just do it. Do it alone, do it with intention, do it with discipline.
