My Current 3-Phase Body Cleanse Journey

Two months ago, I embarked on a whole-body cleanse with the goal of eliminating toxins and enhancing the function of my organs and overall body system. What ended up happening was more than I expected. Despite living a very healthy lifestyle—eating balanced meals without seed oils, exercising regularly, sleeping well, hydrating with mineral-rich, high-quality water, sweating regularly, and enjoying high-end wellness treatments—I felt something was preventing me from feeling completely energized and radiant. In hindsight, I could have been more mindful with the products I use in my home and on my body, but life is all about balance, right? However, just two months into my detox, I’ve noticed significant changes: increased energy, a happier mindset, more radiant facial skin, and an almost floating sense of lightness and presence. If you're curious about what I did and how I did it, read on. Phase 1: Focusing on the Lymphatic System In the first month, I made sure to focus on my lymphatic system and ensure my detox pathways—bowel, kidneys, and liver—were open and functioning optimally. Here’s what I did: - Dry Brushing: This helped stimulate my lymphatic system and promote circulation. - Castor Oil Packs: Applied to my liver area to support detoxification. - Infrared Sauna & regular sauna: To sweat out toxins and improve skin health. - Flotation Therapy: Containing thousands of pounds of medical-grade magnesium sulfate to relax muscles and detoxify. I didn't always have access to this so I would sometimes just do a foot bath with magnesium, sea salt and baking soda. - Herbal Supplements: Included cleavers, nettle seed, stinging nettle, burdock root, and milk thistle to support liver and kidney function. Phase 2: Parasite Cleanse The second month was dedicated to a parasite cleanse, continuing some routines from the first phase but introducing new elements: -Herbal Tincture: Containing cloves, wormwood, and black walnuts to target parasites. - Additional Supplements: Chaga mushroom, cracked cell chlorella, more burdock, and a binder made of bentonite clay and charcoal to detoxify the blood. - Similar Routines: Continued dry brushing, bouncing my body around, castor oil packs, and infrared sauna. Moving Forward- I plan to continue with lifestyle activities such as dry brushing, taking salt baths, doing infrared sauna sessions, exercising, getting good sleep, and drinking high-quality water. My diet will primarily consist of proteins, veggies, fruits, seeds, and nuts. I have recently been also enjoy occasional carbs like sourdough bread and almond flour pancakes made with clean ingredients because sometimes, we all need a little comfort food. The Results So Far I am thrilled with how I feel. I have more motivation, feel more connected to life and the people around me, and am excited about life. Most of all, I feel clearer and lighter. I am not even finished with this cleanse, But i am feeling so radiant I had to share this with others... The last phase will focus on heavy metal detoxing and this will likely take me another 4 weeks. I will be keeping everything consistent as far as my lifestyle and routines, but I will take new supplements such as cilantro, certain types of seaweed and chlorella as well as binding agents to effectively dispel these metals from my body. Reflections on Detoxing: I firmly believe that everything is connected. If we work on our minds, we should also work on our bodies to ensure our vessels are clear. Toxins, pollutants, heavy metals, and microplastics can all affect our brains and hormones. We must never forget the physiological component of mood. In the past, I tried shorter cleanses—three-day, seven-day, ten-day—but after much trial and error, I’ve chosen to approach detoxing intuitively and listen to my body. For me, it makes more sense to do a longer, more gentle detox rather than a quicker, more aggressive one. This is what works for my body, and I hope to encourage you to listen to your body and see what it needs. Considering that I live next to New York City, a heavily polluted area, I believe I will continue this type of detox possibly every year & a half. Because I care for my body, I will do whatever I can to assist it in staying healthy and vibrant. I hope you do too. You deserve to feel vibrant and alive!
